Our Story So Far

Founded in 2002, Adrenalin eSystems Limited is a pioneer in the HR Tech domain. With Arun Jain at the helm, Adrenalin leveraged the power of technology to enable core functions like HR to digitise its processes. Adrenalin is today a brand to reckon with. We enable organisations to streamline HR processes and transform HR into a cohesive and productive function.

Milestones and achievements

The Early Years - 2002 – Pioneering the HCM revolution

  • Founded Empower Works Limited in Chennai on 1st May 2002
  • Pioneer in the HRMS category in India
  • Original version of the product was in Lotus-Notes Domino
  • Product foundation re-laid on Microsoft platform
  • Announced the availability of Adrenalin HCM Solution to the market
  • Released first product version (1.05) on Microsoft platform
  • Acquired Payroll Company to integrate with Adrenalin
  • Empower Works Limited was renamed as Adrenalin eSystems Limited on 18th November 2004

    Chairman & Promoter

    Arun Jain is the Chairman & Promoter of Adrenalin eSystems Limited. He is also the Chairman and Managing Director of Intellect Design Arena Limited. Intellect is a specialist in applying true Digital Technologies, the world & first full spectrum Banking and Insurance technology products company, across Global Consumer Banking (iGCB), Central Banking, Global Transaction Banking (iGTB), Risk, Treasury and Markets (iRTM) and Insurance (Intellect SEEC). With revenues of USD 124 Mn and an employee base of around 4,000, Intellect powers over 200 leading Banks and Financial Institutions around the globe with its suite of Products.

    Sridhar is a graduate in Physics with a post-graduation in Management from IIM Calcutta with special interests in organisational behaviour and achievement motivation. He is the former MD & CEO of Adrenalin eSystems Ltd. Sridhar is a seasoned business leader with a passion for business strategy and people management at both operational and strategic levels.

    Non-Executive Director

    Ramanan is an Electrical Electronics Engineer and holds an MBA from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. He is also a Master Black Belt, Six Sigma. Ramanan comes with 25 years of experience in various capacities across General Management, Six Sigma and Project Management.

    Kumaran Mani is a Computer Science Engineer and a seasoned IT professional and a passionate open source technology enthusiast with vast experience of over two decades in various facets of IT Services, at both operational and strategic levels.

    Aravind Mishra is an HR leader with a post-graduation in Human Resources from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
